Scout’s Consignment needs manpower to help it run smoothly! But volunteers do not walk away empty handed! Those who sign up for TWO shifts or tasks get first access to shopping the Presale on August 22nd at 5pm. Those who sign up for ONE shift or task get access to shopping the Presale on August 22nd at 6pm.

Volunteer shift duties will include helping set up, greeting consignors as they arrive to drop off items, helping ensure the items accepted meet sale standards, helping organize items, helping assist shoppers, checking customers out, etc.

If you are unable to volunteer but want to send a partner who is able to do some heavy lifting, they can serve a shift in your place!

Other options to sign up for include volunteer tasks. These options include either signing up to put an advertisement sign in your front yard for the month of August. If you sign up for this task, we will email you with sign pick up instructions and then you will just need put the sign in your yard! Easy as that! The other option is to sign up for helping us hang and pin bins of clothes. These clothes will already have been priced and the tags will already have been printed off for you. We will need you to come pick up a bin of clothes, hang them, pin the price tags on them, and bring them back to us. This can be done on your own time as long as it is completed by August 15th.
